Trip to the “Creation Museum,” Petersburg, Ky.

Here at FCC we know 150 years of evolutionary theories have eroded confidence in the authority of the Bible and faith in God. However, we believe as Christians we do not have to be afraid of scientific evidence anymore.

Left unchecked and unchallenged, the church at large stands to lose entire generations of people all around the world.

We believe the church is a place to teach our children and young adults concerning the breakthroughs in science by teaching our students creation science that will help them to make informed decisions concerning scientific facts and theories.

Scheduled March 14, 2010 we will begin a series of informational studies concerning a host of different scientific categories, like biology, geometry, DNA, environmental science to name a few, which will inform the FCC students of the Biblical facts concerning these sciences.

Then later in March our students will be taking a field trip to Petersburg, KY to visit the Creation Museum. At the Creation Museum our youth will be able to experience the majesty of God’s creation through this state of the art facility, which will bring the pages of the Biblical stories to life.
